What does “unlimited planning” mean?
Strategy briefs, content pillars, weekly concepts, shot lists, captions, and the calendar across every account on your plan. The work that used to take a strategist plus a content coordinator is included for the life of the subscription. The cap applies only to finished deliverables (reels and carousels) per location.
How does the per-location pricing work?
Single Location is a flat $250/mo for one location. Multi-Location Operator starts at $699/mo for four localities of the same brand and adds $99 per added locality. Agency starts at $500/mo for two client locations and adds $149 per added location on Standard (20 reels + 10 carousels each) or $249 per added location on High Volume (30 reels + 20 carousels each).
What happens if I exceed my reels or carousels for the month?
Planning never caps. For finished deliverables, we’ll flag you in-app the moment you’re trending past the included volume and either bump you to the next tier or bill at the standard add-on rate, your choice. Multi-Location Operator runs unlimited so the cap doesn’t apply.
Can I switch tiers mid-month?
Yes. Upgrade applies immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrade takes effect at the next renewal so your current cycle isn’t cut short. The Standard ↔ High Volume toggle within Agency is the same — switch any time.
Is there a contract or cancellation policy?
Month-to-month, cancel anytime from your dashboard. We offer an optional 4-week pilot for Single Location and Agency that credits 100% toward your first month if you continue. Multi-Location Operator typically starts with a paid kickoff that bridges into the monthly subscription.
How do agencies handle their clients?
Each client gets their own brand voice, brief separation, and calendar inside your Agency tenant. You can flip between client portfolios from a single login. White-label client portals are on the roadmap (Phase 1+) — email partners@markloop.build if you want a heads-up when it ships.
